Terrible
This is such a terible app!!! Guys if you have to park in area where Pango controls the larking, better do not. Move your car 10 blocks away if neede, or you gonna lose a lot of money! You have to confirm many times that you stopped your session, than double check many more times as well!! Otherwise you will be charged maximum charge, what happend to me. For some unknown reasons app didn't want to stop my 30 min session and I just saw that was charged full daily amount! No customer service!!
Too expensive
Doesn't allow you to park! I tried the mobile site as well, but whenever I put the parking request in, I don't see my parking as active!! 😑
Not always the best experience. Ads are annoying and should be done away with. When I first installed the app, I initially had a difficult time actually getting it set up to use. Most of that has been ironed out, but there is the occasional hiccup starting a parking session. I am of the opinion there should be no ads for this app. 03-09-22. In response to the developer, I checked that setting and it was already off, so there shouldn't be ads.

They owe mi money... Ive been charged twice while their contractor has had my car towed already. If you know my car got towed, Why you still allow me being charged? I want my money back. 2.5.22 - I said what I said... I'm not about to call you guys so you can talk mi down from getting my money back... Gimme my money.... Period!!!
Very convenient app. Even its the option to direct call to start or stop your parking. Amazing customer service. Very professional people work there as Clarise Joy Dumagan. You can park up to 4 vehicles in the same time from your account. Recommend
